Since becoming a dog mom, my puppy has been a new source of inspiration in many aspects of my life. She's a loving and needy puppy who loves human food more than her own, so we can always anticipate her popping up at the edge of the dining table, wanting a bite of whatever we're having. I depicted this daily event by playing with layer settings of three colors, mixing and overlaying to create new tints and shades. The grainy texture and overlays remind me of the characteristics of block printing. Put together in Procreate.
